Keane helped the city of Tempe untangle a major problem: over the course of 15+ years, the once-vibrant downtown area known as the Mill Avenue District had gradually wandered astray of its roots in independent culture and unscripted urban spirit. Via insights gleaned from a research and applied analysis, we redeveloped Downtown Tempe's core brand position, persona of place, and unique differentiators with respect to other Desert Southwest destinations.
